Project Description:
Utilize direct mail and digital channels to acquire Old Navy credit card holders, increase their card usage frequency, and drive higher individual purchase totals.
My Role:
Oversaw integrated outreach efforts to customers and credit cardholders through direct mail, email, and banner ads to drive per user credit card spending, card usage frequency, and new credit card signups.
Oversaw A/B testing, creative project management and collaboration with the design team, and generating financial reporting and campaign performance analysis.
