Utilize social listening to identify trending topics, user care-abouts, and opportunities for Cisco to create audience-responsive and engaging content.

Rethink the way that Cisco responds to trends and 3rd party content by showcasing thought leadership on trending topics rather than re-sharing trending 3rd party articles. Provide an engaging idea pipeline for content creators and subject matter experts aimed at generating fresh, relevant, and timely content.

Social Listening-Based & Cross-Functional Content Creation Process

My Role:

Developed system to create engaging content from social listening-sourced insights. Led pilot development from concept to data analysis to launch.

Identified the opportunity for social-sourced content ideas, evangelized concept and built a diverse cross-functional team including the Employee Advocacy, Podcast, Blog, Architecture and Business Vertical teams.

Developed analysis framework for insight identification within Sprinklr social listening tool and created data tracking model to compare listening-sourced content to content sourced through existing methods. Sourced content in a range of formats including video snippets, infographics, vlogs, podcasts and articles sourced from social-listening ideas to diversify and invigorate our content approach.
